Point Fit does not work like other associations; Point Fit is not a gym but a coaching studio. This means that you come to be coached and not to train alone without follow-up. At Point Fit, you do not sign for one year but for three months and based on precise objectives, such as weight loss.
At Point Fit, a global approach is proposed to you: there is no point in training twice a week if you take unhealthy meals or sleep only two hours a night! That is why we take things from the ground up: during your first visit, we review your eating habits, your lifestyle, the quality of your sleep, etc.
