The idea of the club was inspired by a simple observation: too often, the registrations in a gym are made on a whim (the famous good resolutions of the new year!) and members are attached to a subscription for a year or more. Very quickly, the motivation and the good resolutions disappear and the training sessions are spaced out more and more. This is completely normal because regular training requires a very strong motivation and perseverance.
To get results, you need:

Point Fit does not work like other clubs; Point Fit is not a gym but a coaching studio. This means that you come to be coached and not to train alone without follow-up. At Point Fit, you do not sign for one year but for three months and based on precise objectives, such as weight loss.
At Point Fit, a global approach is proposed to you: there is no point in training twice a week if you take unhealthy meals or sleep only two hours a night! That is why we take things from the ground up: during your first visit, we review your eating habits, your lifestyle, the quality of your sleep, etc.
