High Intensity Interval Training Monday at 7pm

PointFit gives you the opportunity to surpass yourself during an H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) during which you choose your tempo. This course is made for everyone and allows everyone to work to the maximum of his or her own ability with only one goal, to surpass themselves to become better.

Functional Training By Pointfit on Wednesday at 7pm

Our functional personal training studio is the latest addition to physical education and leisure programming. We teach in small groups during 50 minutes under the supervision and animation of a personal trainer. We use a variety of weight training equipment and functional equipment depending on the course. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, TRX suspensions, bosus, kettlebells, medicine balls and slamballs, swissballs and combat ropes.

Fitter and Stronger on Saturday at 9:30 am

Your body is unique... So we suggest you sculpt it, sheath it and soften it. In this class, you will work mainly on the buttocks, thighs, waist and abdominals... Everything you need in one class!
