I am 46 and I have been doing triathlon since I was 16. Almost thirty years of swimming, cycling and running. I grew up with this sport, and it taught me most of what I pass on today.
Yet it wasn’t sport that led me to coaching. I trained as a dietitian. I quickly realised I wasn’t made for consultations behind a desk: to me, nutrition only makes sense alongside physical activity. It was in the gym that everything became clear. The two had to come together.
My personal training business grew, and with it one obvious fact. The people I coached knew they needed to move to feel better, but they couldn’t find the time. You don’t take time: you find it. That’s why I created PointFit. Not an impersonal gym where you walk in without knowing what to do, but an appointment with a coach who knows what’s right for you, and who gets you results fast enough to keep you committed.
Today, I work alone, in my studio in Uccle, with a limited number of clients. During your session, I am with you, completely. No phone, no crowded gym, no waiting for equipment. And because energy, weight or blood pressure aren’t solved by training alone, nutrition, stress management and how you organise your time are all part of the coaching.
What am I most proud of? Clients who have lost 25 to 35 kilos. Others who got rid of back pain that had followed them for three or four years. And some I have coached for ten years: despite restaurants, travel and impossible schedules, they keep the same fitness, pain-free. My clients are in great shape, but in a suit, you can’t tell. I don’t make bodybuilders or magazine covers. I help active women and men enjoy their lives to the full, today and the day their career comes to an end.

At the first meeting, I ask a lot of questions. “Getting fit” means nothing until we find what lies behind it: walking all day while discovering a new country, waking up without fatigue, playing with your grandchildren without pain. That reason, rarely admitted straight away, is what keeps you going. Because motivation comes and goes. Discipline is built. That’s what we put in place together.
I live what I ask of you. An entrepreneur like many of my clients, I juggle work, family and training every day. In 2024, I raced the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii in 9h59, on my first participation. My dream: to go back.
After twelve weeks, I’d like you to tell me I changed the way you see exercise. And that you feel the effects every day: at work, with your family, and for yourself.
