We use an industry-leading InBody machine, used by many large sports clubs and hospitals, to accurately reveal your body composition – muscle mass,% body fat – as well as many other factors.
We repeat this analysis periodically to see exactly how your body is adjusting to your training and nutrition.
Based on the results, we can adjust your exercise program and your nutrition until you reach your goal.
